Return & Exchange Policy
Original Art
All sales of original artwork are final. Returns are accepted only in the case of damage during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at moonartsandcraftsus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Including unboxing video of the package and clear photos of the artwork and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Prints
Prints are non-returnable, except in cases of damage. If your print was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and unboxing video and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
